hmm.. went for kent ridge ministerial forum today.. on my way to meet jx for dinner at clementi, i ran for e 199.. den when i sat down, i saw infront of me, e poster 'no child should be left behind'.. n i wondered whether i m on e moe advertisement bus.. so i looked around.. n saw other banners in e bus related to teaching.. like 'next stop: making a difference'.. n some other quite meaningful one.. hmm.. but too bad i dun dare take out hp to take a lot of pics.. haha.. anw, here is e one behind e seat.. nt a v gd one.. haha.. but i m trying to do it w/o ppl seeing ar.. haha.. and another one tt's behind e bus.. but e words r nt clear.. hai..

after dinner, me n jx shop around b4 meeting yt n zy (gal).. hmm.. yt was late. den we were queuing for e bus.. 2 bus 69 pulled up near us.. so we were staring at e bus.. trying to use our 'eye power' to make e bus nt come b4 yt reach.. cos she's reaching le.. haha.. hmm.. e bus moved n we let others board first.. n jus as we thot yt wun make it in tym, she arrived! haha.. n we manage to board e bus.. lol.. such things can make me nervous sia. haha. hmm.. we alighted at e engineering bus stop.. cos alot ppl alight.. so we follow.. haha.. cos by e way they dress, we noe they r gng for e forum.. hmm.. i noe 96 will stop opp ucc.. but i was thinking, if e bus go direct to ucc, it cant b stopping opp wat.. so e only logic is tt it goes a loop first b4 gng to ucc.. n i dunno how long tt will take.. haha.. so lucky we followed e right ppl. haha..

hmm.. forum was quite intellectual.. a pity tt i didnt get to meet any barker ppl there.. reception was terrible in e ucc.. no reception at all! gave up trying to get e network.. hmm.. left soon after it end... we decided to walk to e bus stop opp engineering to take 183.. hmm.. i gt direct bus home from there leh.. but tml morning lesson.. so go back hostel loh.. :( hai.. actually i shld noe tis long ago ar.. haha.. hmm.. bus was packed but lucky we manage to got on.. hmm.. hungry again.. but jus had a blueberry cheesecake.. though melted.. haha.. someone's bdae.. my roomie brought a slice back for me.. haha.. hmm.. i weighed myself again.. hmm.. my weight seems to drop again.. haha.. dunno is weighing machine prob or wat.. so i shall nt care.. n eat when i feel like eating.. nt gd to starve myself.. haha.. but i'll ex more.. agreed w yt to go jogging next wk le! haha..

hmm.. it's kind of sad tt s'poreans.. those born n breed here.. do nt hv a sense of identity.. seeing s'pore as their home is nt a thot they hv in their mind.. they r jus satisfied w passing each day, hving their material n physical needs met.. kind of sad.. n it'll b a sad thing if in future, e younger generation were born nt of s'poreans who were born n breed here.. n sad thing if e younger generation take wat s'pore currently hv for granted.. living a life of comfort, unable to take hardship n unable to appreciate wat our forefathers hv done for us.. how s'pore hv come so far cos everyone contributed a part.. i really like e song 'HOME' and it's really one of the most meaningful national day song.. hope tis song stays around... so e younger generation can noe wat is meant as home.
